Program Details:

Curious, collaborative and innovative? We have a spot for you on our team in India. You’ll face some of the biggest challenges in mobility, work with cutting-edge technology and enable the future of mobility that’s safer, greener and more connected.

  • Interns are chosen after an interview process that uses both offline and online modes

Program Details:

At Aptiv, we’re always looking for fresh perspectives to fuel our innovations and help make the world a safer, greener and more connected place. When you join us as an intern, you’ll get to do real work from day one, have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and gain access to cutting-edge technology and tools. We also partner with universities in the United States to further our ability to innovate.

Use your imagination and passion to see game-changing ideas turn into reality, all while working alongside some of the best and brightest engineers in the field. During Aptiv’s summer internship program, you’ll spend an average of 12 to 16 weeks being a tech-forward and innovative thinker, assigned to meaningful and impactful projects. Finance Leadership Development Program

We’re looking for fifth-year students or graduates of a finance or economics major to join our unique program designed to develop strong leaders. Participants in Aptiv's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) rotate through three assignments, each lasting 12 months. Each assignment will be in different areas of finance, with at least one as an international assignment.

Program Details

We rotate participants through many parts of our business so they can get exposure to a wide range of disciplines and enhanced opportunities for growth.

Led by a senior finance executive team, this program develops strong leaders and gives participants the opportunity to experience accelerated career growth. Finance roles with increased responsibility are available following the successful completion of the program. FLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the finance organization, including:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) handles the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes that support the organization's financial health and business strategy.
Corporate Development refers to the planning and execution of strategies to meet the organizational objectives of the Aptiv Group.
Internal Audit evaluates the Aptiv Group’s internal controls, including its corporate governance and accounting processes.
Treasury manages the Aptiv group’s cash, external debt and banking relationships.
The Controllership function ensures that the accounting policies of the Aptiv Group are appropriately applied and followed. They are also responsible for statutory compliance.
Investor Relations provides investors with an accurate account of the Aptiv Group’s affairs. This helps private and institutional investors make informed decisions on whether to invest in Aptiv.
