Responsibilities and duties
- Maintain new P/N request and GSD data
- Create and update engineering document such as BOM, 2D&3D drawing, DFMEA, e-Validation and TRA, etc., and upload to system
- Make 3D simulation, FEA, tolerance analysis and prototype when necessary
- Conduct design review
- Physical check and IR approval
- Sample check before sending for validation
- Perform/coordinate failure analysis work, determine corrective action, and complete ECN implementation
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Science related
- More than 3 years design experience in relative area
- Sound knowledge of molding/stamping
- CAD application experience (UG, CATIA or Pro-E)
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge in TS16949.
