Job Description for Engineering Process Manager

A huge part of this work has been done in Krakow Technical Center by our engineers. Today, our mission is to shape the world with a significantly reduced number of road accidents, fatalities and injuries.

Your role

To Map down all engineering activities into a SIPOC System, find synergies and drive simplification and efficiency increase and make them measurable.

In particular:

• mapping of all engineering activities via a SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) system (e.G. Stages)

• drive simplification of processes and procedures (e.G. BOM or software release, cost estimates) + drive related tool updates (e.G. GES)

• develop and report execution KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectivities of the investigated  engineering activities

Requirements

• min. 5 years professional experience within engineering

• shall already have participated a complete design cycle of a product as e.G. a design engineer.

• engineering bachelor degree or similar

• mandatory need to know standard MS Office Package,

• systems knowledge like GES, Swift, Census, Planview, BIF are welcome

• high motivated, independent working style; highly flexible and result-oriented

• analytical approach to problem solving

• team player with good communication skills and accountability

• Languages

  • English required

  • German preferred

• the desired home base is within the European Region
