Your role
Lead, motivate and mentor a team of 15+ members
Manage Collections across EMEA region (monitor all aspects to drive best in class performance)
Ensure all reporting needs are met, providing quality information for all OTC business partners
Identifying opportunities for improvement in OTC processes
Co-ordination of (cross)divisional projects related to process standarization, improvement, transformation
Ensure OTC Transactions are recorded in accordance with relevant Accounting Policies
Provide timely responses to Auditors as they complete various audit procedures
Communication and co-operation with other Aptiv’s departments
Providing support to OTC Team Leaders and GBS Managers as required
Your background
Min 5+ years’ experience in OTC processes with a successful track record in leading team
Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels
Strong relationship and business partnering skills
Excellent Analytical and communication skills
Very good organization and delegation skills
Strategic thinking, proactivity and ability to take initiative, make decisions
Good knowledge of SAP
Strong Microsoft Office product skills
Very good English
