PREEvision Engineer (Advanced E/E-Architecture) (m/w/d)

As PREEvision Engineer, you play a key role in Aptiv's electrical and electronic architecture development process.

Your Role:

• Development and optimization of E/E Architectures and wiring solutions using PREEvision

• Model-based E/E architecture development with PREEvision, define & develop metrics within PREEvision through all layers

• Assessment and Optimization of the PREEvision results

• Development and release of wiring harness and geometry diagrams

• Development and management of wiring harness materials library

• Communication within in a cross-functional team (EDS, CS, ASUX) and with customers

• Optimization the E/E architecture development process for concept development and methods of PREEvision and its interfaces to other tools

Your Background:

• Degree in electric, electronic or mechatronic engineering

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Professional in PREEvision, Microsoft Office and engineering tools

• Very good English, German knowledge is a plus

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

• At least 3 years of wiring harness development

• Preferably Vector certified application engineer/configurator
