We are looking for

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics, Communications) 

• Work experience of 7 -12 years

• A go-getter,  good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission

• A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions.

Essential Skillset Requirement

• Software Architecture for Automotive ECUs

• At least One Microcontroller Architecture of Renesas RH family or Tricore or PowerPC architecture

• Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)

• AUTOSAR BSW Stack Modules-Com Stack (FlexRay, CAN, LIN, Ethernet), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, Wdg

Desirable Skillset

• Agile/Scrum principles

• Automotive domain

• ISO26262 Technical

• Safety Concepts

Your role

• Lead Programs in ADAS systems following SDLC model and ASPICE

• Act as Scrum Master to align the scrum teams and help teams to stay focused and deliver to the goals

• Lead the team in implementing AUTOSAR

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules

• Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets
